REFUNDS

You are entitled to cancel your order without providing us with a reason for the cancellation.

Cancellation of online orders will only be allowed and accepted 48 hours prior to the delivery or collection date and any cancellations after this timeframe will not be accepted and will not be subject to a refund.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us timeously of your decision by means of a clear written statement which includes your banking details for any applicable reimbursement to our email address at info@evertopstal.co.za

We do not change a cancellation fee for online order cancellations and will reimburse you no later than 21 days from the date on which the cancellation is received via email.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the items we provide we regrettably do not offer the option for any items purchased online from our website to be returned to us for refunds.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are not returnable and not refundable.
