Deliveries and Collections Policy

DELIVERY

If delivery is selected as an option you agree to pay any delivery and handling fees if applicable at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate delivery and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. We may choose to use a third-party courier and this means that title to and the risk of loss of such Products passes to you upon our delivery of the Product to the third-party courier.

Deliveries are only scheduled every Wednesday after 15:00 and every Friday after 15:00 for successful orders received by 14:00 the previous day. All deliveries will be scheduled for the next available delivery date and according to deadlines contained herein.

Collection of online orders next date remain in place subject to Terms & Conditions.

You may arrange your own courier services to collect your order from our premises.

We do not accept any responsibility for orders damaged during delivery.  We provide suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection of items but record that once the order leaves our premises you are responsible for your package and any damages.

Collection

We offer collection of orders daily from 12:00 from our premises on every trading day, provided that the order is successfully placed online within the advertised timeframe.

All orders placed before 14:00 may be collected the following day after 12:00 from our premises.
